One more type is psoriatic arthritis in which joint pain occurs with psoriasis.

Eczema is non contagious, inflammatory disease of skin. It is characterized by red patches dry rough skin with itching and scaling (Dry Eczema) and also with oozing watery and sticky discharge (Wet Eczema)

Nettle rash or urticaria or hives is an allergic inflammatory neurosis of the skin Characterized by pinkish white or reddish patches (wheals) and attended by burning, stinging and itching.They may change shape, move around, disappear and reappear over short period of time.

It may trigger by many factor like certain food, medication, dust or pollen, fungi, sunlight infection etc.

Avoid using harsh soap or cosmetic products
Use good moisturizer in case of dry skin
Drink plenty of water
Avoid scratching your skin
Avoid self medication
Use cotton clothes
Say no to sour food, Junk Food, Fermented food, wheat flour, gram flour, fatty food etc.
Stop addictions
